100 loaves...
Today I whipped up a loaf of fresh bread 👩🍳 During Covid lockdown last year, I spotted a no-knead bread recipe on the blog of one of our favourite stops in Central, Pembroke Patisserie. Ever since, I’ve made a loaf about twice a week, so today would be about my 100th loaf! My first attempt I used expired yeast, I had to guesstimate the weight of the yeast, I only had white flour, I forgot about it and left it too long to rise and it still worked! This was the perfect recipe for me! Love how simple and quick it is - thanks Pembroke ❤️
