#12 Eat - A Jimmy's - Jimmy started his bakery in Invercargill in the 1940s and moved to Roxburgh in the 1960s where they decided to specialise in pies - excellent decision! Jimmy's son Denis runs the business now and they make 20,000 pies a day (all out of Roxburgh) and there are 20 flavour options. Today the mince, cheese and spinach pie went down a treat
