Pasta d'Oro

#60 Eat - locally made pasta by Pasta d'Oro. Established by Vito Iannece and Penny Dawson back in 1987, it's made in Kaikorai Valley, Dunedin and they've become the largest pasta manufacturer in the South Island. They have a shop at the factory where you'll find a full range of their products (I've heard their gnocchi and lasagne are delish and make a very easy dinner!) and some speciality items they source like truffle oil and porcini mushrooms. I love the squid ink fusilli for my super easy dinner of crispy prosciutto with peas, sundried tomatoes and chilli flakes
