#66 Eat - a little rustic but totally delicious home made fish burgers, a favourite dinner using fresh fish from Harbour Fish in Dunedin. Harbour Fish is a family owned and operated business, run by local brothers Aaron and Damon. The super fresh fish is caught from Timaru to Bluff, and I love to use the gurnard for my burgers. I was really pleased to discover my usual breadcrumbs, Granny Faye's Golden Breadcrumbs (available in Harbour Fish), are from Oamaru - love the localness
