Windy Ridge Farm Milk

#72 Buy - full cream milk by Windy Ridge Farm. Creamy fresh deliciousness from a farm on the outskirts of Benhar in the Clutha District. A family business, owned by Andrew Moir, they converted to a dairy farm in 2014. They started selling their milk in January this year in select stores around the region. The BEST part is that you pay a wee bit more for the first glass bottle of milk and then exchange the empty one for a fresh full one for a few dollars, just like the old days! I bought my milk today from Dunedin stockist, Black's Road Green Grocer, a great little grocer in the North East Valley (it's also available at Agora Butchery and Wal's Plant Land in Mosgiel!)
