#75 Buy - Blueskin Bay Honey. I met the friendly owner, David Milne, at the Otago Farmers Market. Along with honey, they sell manuka honey soaps, bees wax candles, even honey liqueur, and offer a 'Manuka Honey Hive Tour' of the process. David's hives sit on many local farming and lifestyle block properties around Blueskin Bay. The honey is sold in glass jars that can be returned to David for reusing, which is a fantastic idea. Today I'm putting a jar in a wee parcel for my lovely Grandma in Waimate who loves honey
