Indigo bread

#98 Eat - Indigo bread. I biked to the market early today to pick up a couple of my favourite baguettes, great fresh but also great to freeze. Local owners, Allan and Laura Lewis, have been selling their European style breads at the market since 2004. They are entirely self taught, and many of the breads have a sourdough base (which gives them flavour and longer shelf life) and they started the sourdough culture 14 years ago and have maintained the same one all these years! They are also part of the Food Share program, where any surplus bread is donated to those in need. Easy dinners of soup with warm, tasty bread this week
