#106 Buy - coffee beans from locally owned The Strictly Coffee Company. They are proudly Dunedin based and specialise in buying, roasting and blending ethically sourced Arabica beans. Strictly Coffee was established in the late 1990s in Bath St in Dunedin. The 115 year old building was originally a stamp-maker's premises, and they also have their newer 'headquarters' in Frederick St where most of the roasting happens, where I bought my beans. We have a great trusty old stovetop espresso maker to create our morning brew (that does a lot of steaming and whistling in the process!) I'm a fan of Strictly's delicious Brazil Blend - beans from Brazil and Papa New Guinea. Perfect for Sunday coffee this morning
