Florence's (and Matt's) Almond Croissant
#153 Eat - an almond croissant made by Matt from Florence's Food Store and Cafe in Wanaka. I was driving out of Wanaka towards the Cardrona Valley and noticed a cute sign for Florence's. I'm so pleased I stopped in and discovered a beautiful store with delicious baking and pastries and many locally made goods. Florence's is locally owned by Sharyn, they have been open for 5 years and is a great place to stop. Matt from Pembroke Patisserie provides the amazing pastries and baked goods - I can highly recommend the almond croissant
