Coach House Boutique Bakery

#166 Eat - This morning I headed to the Coach House Boutique Bakery in Ings Avenue in Saint Clair. I spotted the blue flag at the gate and scooted down the path to discover many delicious savoury and sweet baked items on offer. Local owner and baker Victoria opened just over 2 months ago and bakes for about 40 hours prior to opening the door. It's all made onsite in the Coach House and she keeps it as local as possible with many local ingredients in her baking, including Emerson's beer in her steak pie. I especially love that she has many savoury items that make super easy dinners. You'll also find her at the Otago Farmers Market on Saturdays. I came away with a great selection of goodies to try!
