Momona Plant Nursery

#193 Buy - flowers from Joneen at Jace Plants at Momona. As you drive to the airport, there is a small plant nursery on the left hand side of the road. Joneen has been selling her plants for the last 8 years, she has flowers, herbs and vegetables. I picked up some rosemary and these cute daisies, my first ever flower purchase for a garden! Joneen told me these daisies prefer cooler climates - perfect for Dunedin. It was hard not to buy up large when there are so many (including the daisies) starting at just $1.50 per plant. It's another 'pop the money in the jar' business so change is handy. Great stop if you're driving past!
