Locally owned by Tom, Sarah and Patrick, they first opened in May this year, with a focus on simplicity and sustainability, using local produce where possible. Sarah and Patrick's surname is Hussey and Tom's middle name is Laredo - creating a cool business together. You'll find this cute caravan serving great coffee, tea, smoothies, bagels and offering tasty baked treats from 7.30am until about 1pm weekdays by the Otago Museum lawn. And you can hire them for private functions - very cute local business
