#207 Buy - a manicure from Blooming Nail Spa & Beauty in Albion Place. This cute salon is locally owned by Ellena. As a teenager, Ellena moved to Dunedin from South Korea with her family. She moved away for a few years, and (like many of us!) she was drawn back to Dunedin and opened her salon just over 2 years ago. She does a fabulous job, offers a great service in an elegant, relaxing space and is lovely to chat with. It was a treat to have my nails done today in preparation for a family celebration coming up this weekend
