#214 Eat - Dark chocolate Peanut Butter Cups by The Chocolate Workshop in Wanaka. Amazing!! Local owner and chocolatier, Tanja moved to Wanaka from Mannheim in Germany in 2005. Having trained under a master pastry chef in Mannheim and working in hospitality for many years, she started making truffles and bonbons in her spare time in 2012, creating The Chocolate Workshop. She’s now full time hand-making truffles, caramels, chocolates and specialty confectionery. The peanut butter cups are rich and deliciously moreish and beautifully packaged. I actually bought them with the intention to give as a gift....but since finding them at The Coffee Shack on the weekend, I’ve managed to polish off the entire box (although PJ did eat one)
