Bay Road Peanut Butter

#229 Eat - Dunedin has locally made peanut butter! Bay Road Peanut Butter has only just hit the shelves in the last month and is locally owned by Michael (a really nice guy!). The name Bay Road comes from the road in Warrington where Michael grew up, a little seaside town 20 minutes north of Dunedin. I love that the big glass jars are designed to be up-cycled for use in the pantry. I bought my jar from the St Clair Four Square today (other stockists include Taste Nature, Marbecks, Total Food Equipment) and you'll find Michael at the Farmers Market from next Saturday. My peanut butter on toast (on yummy Spelt multigrain bread) for lunch was fresh crunchy deliciousness 👌
