Havoc Ham and Jersey Benne Potatoes
#290 Eat - The classic Kiwi summer Christmas leftover lunch. We are nearing the end of our Christmas ham from Havoc Pork’s Farm Shop in Kaikorai Valley in Dunedin. Served with Oamaru grown Jersey Benne potatoes and a few greens - yum (and so easy!) Oamaru is famous for producing these new season potatoes, best boiled with mint and served with a big dollop of butter, then the next day crispy fried in butter. A very tasty local lunch 👌
