Dunedin’s Bus Service for Bikes!

#298 Do - Use Dunedin's Go Bus bike rack! After zooming down the hill and cycling around the city, I've been using the bus to get myself and my lovely but heavy, 3 speed bicycle up the hill. This is a fantastic service considering our changeable weather and steep streets (previous attempts to cycle uphill resulted in me sweltering and pushing my bike!). All urban buses in Dunedin now have bike racks that are super easy to use and at no extra charge. They're also going to have free wifi in the buses in the next few months and will offer real time bus locations/arrival time available on mobile phones. I think it’s brilliant to have this great service in our little, hilly city.
