#307 Buy - Gourmet seasonings by Wild Fennel Co. Local owners Dan and Jo opened their Spice Boutique in Port Chalmers in September last year. With Dan’s fine dining chef background and Jo’s design and illustration background, they have created great flavour combinations in cute, vintage designed packaging that I’m excited to try. Their beautiful boutique is filled with spices, seasonings and an assortment of locally made products and produce. It was also fun to learn that their boutique featured in the film The Light Between Oceans (as a bookstore) and love that the vintage interior is still exactly how it was in the film!
