#320 Eat - Beautiful locally made chocolates by The Chocolate Fox. John and Cilla recently launched their artisan chocolate business having returned home to NZ from London. While overseas, they visited chocolatiers, taste tested and sourced ingredients, while learning and practicing making chocolates in the attic of their London flat. Now based in Omakau in Central Otago, I love that they source local ingredients such as stone fruit and pinot noir to make delicious flavour combinations. Their chocolates are almost too pretty to eat! And taste amazing. They’re at local markets and fairs (the next one is the Alexandra Market this weekend) and they also do wedding favours in super cute packaging. Especially love the sea salted caramel 🤤
