Bracken Restaurant
#335 Eat - An incredible menu at Bracken in Dunedin. In a lovely old villa, this inner city restaurant is locally owned by Ken and Fiona. Originally from Ireland, they opened Bracken after making Dunedin home in 2014. I love that they source local produce, buying directly from small growers where possible, to create delicious set menus that change with the seasons. With menu items that included green gage plum gazpacho, saffron carrot purée, sweet corn and black garlic agnolotti, pickled blackberry jus, elderflower sorbet and this cute eve apple - it was amazing food and lovely staff on a special day for PJ and I. Fabulous to be back at home
