#Do - Celebrate The Star! A fantastic local newspaper. Starting out as The Evening Star in 1863, it was published daily until 1979 when it become a weekly publication. Locally owned by Allied Press, it’s great to keep up with what’s on in our community and includes a 'Keep it Local' page of locally owned and operated businesses to support and my favourite 'What's On Guide' including concerts, film, theatre and exhibitions on around Dunedin. Usually every Thursday I pick up a copy from the foyer of Dunedin Hospital, but I have been chuffed to find a copy delivered to my letterbox since the start of this month 📭.
