Berthillon Ice Cream

#Eat - Berthillon ice cream. Famous in Paris, their focus has been ice cream since 1954 and it’s still run by the Chauvin family - descendants of a Monsieur Berthillon. The main store is on the Île Saint-Louis in the centre of Paris. We spotted a cute Berthillon ice cream cart in the 6th arrondissement. Salted caramel and chocolate, super smooth and creamy, it was pretty much essential to try this locally made treat. I might even have to try a few more flavours just to make sure... 😂
