Promenade Plantée

#Do - An early start to explore the Promenade Plantée (La Coulée Verte). This inner city garden path was created in 1988 out of a disused railway viaduct that runs above the 12th arrondissement and extends 4.5km. A rather rustic entrance up some steps to the top of the viaduct led to a beautiful garden path with many archways, flowers, city views, Space Invaders and even buildings were formed around it. Only about half of the path was open at 7am so I didn't get all the way along, but a very cool off the beaten track garden run 🌷.
