Les passages couverts

#Do - Find some of the beautiful glass roofed arcades in Paris. A labyrinth of these hidden ‘passages of Paris’ were created in the 18th and 19th century by town planners. There was once more than 140 of these built around the city. Now only around 20 still exist, but with their lovely tiles, elegant metalwork and cute stores, they are fun to hunt out.
