#Eat - Thirty grams of happiness and pleasure from Popelini! I spotted this little shop and knowing just how important it was to try locally produced food, I popped in and chose the salted caramel. I wish I’d supported local by buying more, it was so delicious 🤤! Popelini opened in 2011 in the 3rd arrondissement of Paris and specialises in the cream puff made from pâte à choux, the pastry invented by the cook of the French queen Catherine de’ Medici in 1540.
