#Buy - locally made almond butter by Savvy Seven. I recently bought a jar from Spelt Bakery and loved reading that it is a young enterprise venture by a savvy team of seven from Columba College. They’re working with Bay Road to make this cute little jar of goodness that they sell at Spelt and from this weekend, the Otago Farmers Market. I’ve recently discovered a super simple and delicious fudge recipe by Eleanor Ozich and almond butter is one of the 4 ingredients (that’s how simple!), so it will be fab to use a local product in my next batch 👌
