Riverstone Larder Elderflower Cordial

I think it’s officially ‘sparkling elderflower cordial in the sunshine’ time! A few months ago I bought this elderflower cordial from Riverstone Larder, a very cute store in a beautiful old building in Oamaru’s Victorian Precinct. They sell many locally made products, including this, made just down the road at Riverstone Kitchen. I thought this summery day was the perfect day to try it - delicious and fresh with sparkling water and fresh mint from my very rustic garden.
