Foraging for Elderflower
Foraging in the city for elderflower 🌳 Finally we have a summery day! Which is apparently ideal for harvesting elderflower - warm, dry and sunny (I was starting to wonder if I would have to compromise!). So with the sun beaming, I headed out for a quick walk around my neighbourhood of City Rise and through Jubilee Park to find this local fragrant ‘weed’ that I love, and now to decide if I stick with making cordial or attempt wine....
