‘Trust the Chef’ at Glenfalloch Restaurant on Friday night for a Christmas party. Incredible food, lovely staff and a stunning setting - in the middle of 30 acres of historic gardens. Originally from Germany, Hannes and Melanie, the team behind this fabulous food experience, have made the Otago Peninsula their home. With the ‘Trust the Chef’ menu, Hannes sources fresh, local, seasonal produce and creates beautiful dishes with incredible flavours. We were treated to 5 courses - groper sashimi, BBQ brisket, chicken pho with a dumpling, Cardrona merino lamb, and spiced raspberry bavarois with mango and lime leaf sorbet. Delish!
