Elderflower

From foraging to making to finished product. I’ve had fun creating my elderflower products - the cordial is quite delicious, the jam is about to be bottled, and my ‘champagne’ is looking a little funky and still needs daily ‘burping’......hoping it will recover soon 😬 But from the places I’ve explored to find the flowers, to recipe sharing with friends, and then to give away as gifts at Christmas, it’s been fun 💕
