Christmas Jersey Bennes

Today we finished off our Oamaru Jersey Benne potatoes I stocked up on over Christmas. I have discovered I can polish off quite vast quantities as boiled, cold, diced and fried in butter....they’re so delish. And matched perfectly with my friend’s homemade tomato sauce (thanks Carol 💕)
