Elderflower Bubble Success!

I think I actually had a little happy squeal last night! My elderflower ‘champagne’ worked out really well! Lightly effervescent, delicately floral and slightly sweet. PJ was certainly a little dubious, having watched the process, but I think even he was pleasantly surprised. A nice summery way to celebrate the start of our holiday as we head for the snow of Wyoming and Montana 🎿
