As we do our road trip around Wyoming, Idaho and Montana, it turns out there are many craft breweries along the way. So our ski trip has turned into a bit of a ski and beer trip, finding these smaller, local producers. First stop was Roadhouse Brewing in Jackson, with a Hops on Hops tasting flight, the Wilson IPA a favourite. Established when a local chef and a local home-brewer came together in 2012, with a focus on matching food and beer, it was a fun spot. Loved that they use mostly locally grown (across the border) Idaho hops 🍻
