Blackberries

Woodside Glen near Outram for wild blackberry foraging. I discovered these last year, someone had even created a track into the prickly bushes. This year, you just have to stretch a little from around the edges. I assume the blackberries aren’t sprayed being in this reserve, but I always give them a wash just in case. Used for a simple, sweet dessert last night, a small bowl of berries with melted white chocolate and cream poured over.
