Dunedin Library Gold Rush Book Sale

Truffle sandwiches, duck confit, caramelised walnut tart with chocolate icing - excited for my new book purchase from the Dunedin City Library’s Gold Rush book sale. An annual event, it’s held in the basement carpark today and tomorrow, and there are many treasures, lots of lovely old books. And these recipes sounded so good, and at a glance, seem relatively simple - I commonly have disasters in the kitchen....but here goes 👩‍🍳!
