Hyde to Daisybank by Bike

On Sunday I headed inland with my trusty old bike. Just over an hour drive to Hyde where I did the flat, return bike ride to Daisybank on the Rail Trail. It’s about 10km each way and this section of the trail includes a viaduct, historic railway bridge, a tunnel and stunning scenery. A nice half day outing from Dunedin. And some time to reflect on what happened on Friday, think about our community and how important it is to support each other
