Iced Elderflower

Dunedin 28 degrees and sunny - these rare days have to be celebrated 🤗 Perfect day for sitting outside with an elderflower ice block....or a cold glass of rosé would be a great alternative 👌 I just found this lone one deep in the freezer, one of the bonuses of making elderflower cordial is being able to make these super easy summery treats. Reminds me it’s almost time to go foraging again for this year’s batch....
