Moiety. A fabulous dining experience! Opened in May last year, it’s locally owned and run by Sam and Kim, having returned home to Dunedin after a few years overseas. They offer amazing food and service, including a five course menu that changes depending on available seasonal and local produce, and this 25 seat restaurant is set in the beautifully refurbished 1880 Terminus building. Last night we celebrated my Dad's birthday, sitting at the bar, it was the perfect spot to watch Sam in the kitchen, and chat to him and learn things like the blue cod was caught by a guy called Nate off Stewart Island - love this! And the evening finished with a delicious dessert of pumpkin ice cream with cream fraiche, hazelnuts and bayleaf meringue 👌
