Aramoana’s Penguins
Aramoana on Sunday morning. So beautiful. I learnt later that the beach past Keyhole Rock is a nesting site for the yellow-eyed penguin. Although the population has diminished, you may (remembering to stay hidden and out of their way) be able to see these penguins scoot towards the dunes at sunset after a day at sea.
