Elderflower Time

It’s elderflower time again 🤗 I had visions of setting off to forage on the peninsula or somewhere slightly off the beaten track. In the end, I found the closest tree about 3 minutes from home when I had a ‘window of opportunity’ (with a sleeping baby) to raid the tree! Today I picked up some sugar and lemons, and hope to create my summery cordial tonight 🍹
