On the Brightside!

Microgreens! 🌱 I recently bought some of these vibrant micro broccoli from Ben, owner of Brightside Microgreens, at the Otago Farmers Market. He grows his greens locally in Ocean View and harvests them on the Friday before the Saturday market. I’ve been using them in sandwiches but imagine they’d be perfect for the finishing touches on a dish to make it look a little bit fancy! They’re super fresh and packed with goodness 👌
