A very local product we are really chuffed to be a part of - Augustine’s of Central Black Dorris plums in a Pinot Noir syrup. Made in Wanaka by local chef Gus, using our Penkridge Farm pinot noir and plums from Moorpark and Mulberry, just a few minutes down the road from the vineyard. Local stockists include Harvey Street Merchant in Blueskin Bay and Revology in Wanaka.
