Pitches Store Gingernuts
Our lockdown baking is well underway! Yesterday Jack and I made gingernuts using a recipe from Pitches Store in Ophir. I found the recipe on stuff.co.nz and they’re so simple and quick and chewy and delicious. The only tiny tweak I make (as a ginger fan) is doubling the ginger. It will be lovely to visit Pitches and thank them for this scrummy recipe one day soon ❤️
